Step 2: Nicola then uses her qualifications, knowledge and experience in Public Health Nutrition to create a set of recommendations specifically tailored to your answers. Your personalised nutrition report is sent directly to your Inbox within 14 days.

Step 3: Nicola will then follow up with a courtesy email to see how you are progressing and offer you an opportunity to ask any questions online.
