Nicola is a qualified and experienced Public Health Nutritionist and has been working in the field since graduating from Kingston University with an Honours degree in Biomedical Science followed by a Masters degree in Nutrition at King's College London University in 1995. Nicola is a full member of the Nutrition Society and Nutritionists In Industry Group.

Since graduating, Nicola has worked as Nutritionist in the food industry with prominent food companies such as Yakult Muller Dairy, Seven Seas and Kellogg's to set nutrition policy, educate consumers and healthcare professionals and input into Government consultations on diet and health. Her experience spans Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Technical and Scientific and Food Law.

Outside of work commitments Nicola has had the privilege of working with Charities such as Cancer Black Care on a topic very close to her heart – Prostrate Cancer – taking part in an educational DVD and booklet to help raise awareness of the condition.

In 2004, after her father’s death from Prostate Cancer, Nicola embarked on a study of nutrition from a Biblical perspective and got her break in the media as Nutrition Spokesperson for Premier Christian Radio Station and Revelation TV. It was during this time she wrote and published her debut publication - The Creator's Diet.

Nicola’s passion is to see people educated in the area of nutrition and health so they can make informed decisions to benefit themselves and their families.
